The neighbourhood has a lively city-centre vibe during the day and at night please note you may hear noise at night, , and convenient local amenities (supermarket, cafés, takeaways, banks).

Access to the property is through a coded lock on the street door. The keys for the apartment are securely stored in the lockbox located outside the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE: that our property is located in the city center, so you might experience some noise at night due to its central location. Additionally, we require a damage deposit, which can be actioned securely through our charge automation link. the deposit is not a charge on your account a hold is placed on it and released within 72 hours if no damage is caused , you also have the option to purchase extras such as early check-in and late check-out, should you need them.

Very walkable for city-centre sightseeing — most visitor attractions, shops and dining are within a 5–15 minute walk. Regular local buses stop on/near Silver Street and at the bus station a short walk away for regional routes. Lincoln railway station (often shown as Lincoln Central/’Lincoln’) is about 0.4–0.6 miles (roughly a 8–12 minute walk) from Silver Street, providing regional rail links. For drivers the area is served by the A15/A46 corridors; several public car parks are available in the city centre (short walks from the property). Taxis and local ride-hire operate from the station and High Street.
