It was short walk away from all the shops, restaurants, canal and Lincoln castle. The room was comfortable, clean and homely. Tea and coffee facilities were a true blessing and toiletries. The owner was lovely, we are definitely coming back. I haven't got any complaints.

Very clean and great location for central Lincoln For a four person stay there isn’t really a big enough seating area in the living room area and two out of the four of us had to use wooden kitchen table chairs to watch TV on which after a short while aren’t very comfortable. Given the space could sustain a corner sofa to give more seating room.

The location was great as long as you're ok with busy night life it was great for us to get to all the places we wanted to see easily. Parking was extra in the NCP but nothing you can do about that as no parking available.

An absolute Gem, great location but more importantly the apartment was excellent. The bedrooms spacious and the bed was so comfy. Spotless apartment with tea, coffee and milk available. The shower room was clean and little extras of soaps, shampoo and wash available If you haven’t been here and want a lovely apartment in a gorgeous city, This is it. Everything was good but bare in mind this apartment has steps leading up to it

The location is in the centre, the cleanliness was really good, warm feeling in room . Very nice There was nothing to dislike, I wasn't sure if the property had a back garden that would have been nice but apart from that I will go back

For were i was going the location was perfect right near the train station and that i had a ground floor one was even better as im not to good with stairs so it was even better . If someone wants to be in the middle of town around everything you are in prine potion There wasnt anyrhing i didnt like about it, but if people are not use to having abit of noise at night it might not be the right place but it didnt bother me at all as i said you are right in the thick of it and if people want that they have to expect a little bit of noise but i loved it
