anthony was great, responded very quickly and was helpful with any questions. the room was in a great spot in the centre and for a very good price, and the window overlooked a good value ncp car park for anyone who drives in. thank you anthony

Perfect location we didn't move car from ncp carparkk till leaving. Everything you needed for a short break in a city.. Comfy bed and nice linen. Good shower. Anthony really quick at answering query we had. Thankyou, we loved Lincoln and will definitely stay here again on next visit.

Great stay at this renovated top floor flat in a central Lincoln terraced house. Bit of a climb up 2 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us but might be for people with reduced mobility and/or big suitcases. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and train and bus stations. Very steep uphill walk to the Cathedral and Castle, but well worth the climb. The flat was very clean. Would recommend and would stay again.

An absolute Gem, great location but more importantly the apartment was excellent. The bedrooms spacious and the bed was so comfy. Spotless apartment with tea, coffee and milk available. The shower room was clean and little extras of soaps, shampoo and wash available If you haven’t been here and want a lovely apartment in a gorgeous city, This is it. Everything was good but bare in mind this apartment has steps leading up to it

The location is in the centre, the cleanliness was really good, warm feeling in room . Very nice There was nothing to dislike, I wasn't sure if the property had a back garden that would have been nice but apart from that I will go back

Loved our short stay. Beautiful clean apartment in central location. NCP car park available behind the property. Anthony was available and responded quickly when I couldn’t figure out how to unlock the door 😂 clean , comfortable and an excellent host. If we are travelling though Lincoln again we would 100% stay with Anthony again. Thank you!

Excellent property. Perfectly clean and very well furnished. All the necessary facilities. Very minor facts that might be important to other travellers are that there's no ice box in the fridge if you want to freeze anything and the bathroom is narrow and a little awkward if you have mobility issues. Neither of these tiny issues gives me cause to rate anything other than 5 stars.
